Tammy spent a week hiking thru the Washington/Oregon area by herself in August, 2003. Where was I? Stuck with databases. :(

Alone, she trekked thru the wilderness with a tent and some tickets to a big Dave Matthews concert out there. Tammy pitched her own tent, made her own fire, cooked her own food... and took her own photos. She even rented choice lenses for the occasion. Of course, you don't get that "rented-camera-lens-quality" from viewing the pictures over the internet, but the pix are still nice to see.

You might be thinking, "Hey, what about weird, Jason-like characters out there? Are you crazy, woman?! What if you got injured out there or something?!" Well, OK, so that was an EXACT quote from me to Tammy. But she would not be deterred. And she did just fine, coming back home with wonderful photos, stories, and some new friends who share a passion for Dave.
